The Pure Customer Data solution is secure and efficient. We will provide you with details such as timeframes in a services proposal that is specific to your individual business. However, as a general guide this process can be completed within 15 business days after the data is uploaded via secure link. We do all of the hard work in the process, with the exception of the initial upload and final download of your data. Your team will not be disrupted by the Pure Customer Data process.

It's important to understand that the limitation of data cleansing tools is that they will only help you solve one third of the problem: they cleanse but cannot enrich and enhance your data. Our Pure Customer Data solution cleanses your data and replaces outdated or inaccurate data with up-to-date and accurate data. It also enables you to add more data fields to build out the full customer picture. It's this powerful combination of cleansing, enrichment and enhancement that results in highly usable data, and enables you to realise the full value of your data.

All of the data used to cleanse, enrich and enhance your customer and lead data is 'clean-source'; meaning that you can be confident that it has only been obtained via 100% legal and trusted means and it's current. The data we use is the same data that Australia's top banks and credit bureaus rely on.
The Pure Customer Data process does not require us to access any part of your technology system. You upload a copy of your database to be cleansed, enriched and enhanced via secure link (SFTP or MFTP) or API in some cases. All data is encrypted. Once your data has been audited, cleansed, enriched and enhanced it will be available for you to download via secure link. You can then upload it to your technology system. Your data will only remain available for you to download for a period of time. After the set time it will be permanently deleted.
Every business and database is unique. Once we understand a little more about yours, we'll be able to provide an estimate. It will be based on factors such as the size of your database, how long since it was cleansed, and the number and type of fields it includes.

Yes, it definitely has been cleansed and enriched. We are aware of other data sellers who provide lead lists that contain data that has not been cleansed and enriched. Those parties often purchase the data once from third parties then resell that data over time. We would never supply data that has not been cleansed and enriched because you cannot rely on its accuracy. Further, you may be in breach of data compliance regulations because the status of a consumer may have changed since the business you bought it from initially purchased it (ie. Do Not Contact register).
